ReeR was established in 1959 to distribute components for industry, lighting and home automation. By the mid-70’s the first safety sensors were developed, and afterwards the first light curtains were produced.
Today ReeR is both the Italian leading company and one of the main world manufacturers of optoelectronic sensors for industrial safety.
Flexible, space-saving and even in-house: CONNEX opens up new opportunities in the field of connection technology. Take the compact Oerlikon substation in Switzerland, for example, which takes up just 30 percent of the space required in the past.
CONNEX gives wind farm operators everything they need to cope with the high-voltage systems of the future. Currently the only cable system certified for off-shore use, CONNEX features a dry, plug-in design, making it easy to install, water-proof, UV-resistant, submersible, touch-proof, low-maintenance, and strong enough to withstand voltage of up to 550 kV. It is already being used to connect the switchgears and transformers in the Dolwin three substation at the Global Tech I wind farm in the North Sea.
To truly create a “transformer to go”, our engineers have met high standards: all of the equipment needed for smooth connection of the emergency transformer fits into a standard shipping container.
CONNEX connections allow for a compact design that is easy to transport by truck or train

Efficiently connecting high-current conductors has been our business for nearly 100 years. Karl Pfisterer established his factory for special electrotechnical products in Stuttgart in 1921. Making energy networks safer and the electricity supply more reliable has been the focus of our activities ever since.
Many PFISTERER innovations are now the industry standard in energy transmission. E-mobility power supply solutions are not new terrain for us. They are the logical result of innovative developments by PFISTERER.

Cleaveland Price
Cleaveland/Price’s roots go back to 1975 when Chuck Cleaveland accepted responsibility to supply renewal parts for discontinued Westinghouse switches. From the perspective of a renewal parts supplier, our engineers began developing switches that address problems found in switch designs. Since then, Cleaveland/Price has grown to offer a complete line of group operated switches rated up to 345 kV along with a broad line of hookstick operated switch products and motor operators.
